Space Rentals
We offer four batting cages, a pitching area, a weight room, and a film room—all available for rent.
To book any of these individually, please use the link below. If you’re looking to rent more than two spaces at once, please review the package options below.
Important: Do not book multiple spaces directly through the online portal—you won’t receive the discounted package rates listed here. Please get in touch with us directly if you'd like to take advantage of these options.
Suppose you're interested in using the facility regularly. In that case, we’re happy to work with you on a custom schedule and invoice—this is often easier and more efficient than booking every session online.

Small-Space Rental
Pitching Area + Cage 1 + Cage 2 — $135/hour + tax

Pitching Area + Full Flat Ground — $175/hour + tax
Rental Policies
Safety
You are responsible for your own safety. Please be mindful that others may be pitching, throwing, or hitting in the same space. You are expected to respectfully ask others to pause their activity for a moment so you may enter your reserved space. You also are to be mindful that standing near the edges of a cage increases your risk of being injured. Please stay inside the cage far from the edges.
THERE IS NO MEDICAL SERVICE ON SITE, and you will be responsible for contacting emergency services in the case of a medical emergency.
Respect Others
Please vacate your space immediately once your time has ended to ensure the next patron can maximize their time. Conversely, please offer some grace to the individuals finishing up in the space prior to your rental.
Contact if There is an Issue
If someone is in your reserved space, please respectfully ask them to vacate the space so that you may begin your session. If anyone refuses to vacate the space or causes any problems with your reservation, please call Thomas Catomer (847-873-7384) immediately. If he does not answer, leave a voicemail. Please be prepared to provide you name, your reservation space, the time of the incident, and a description of the individuals of concern.
Footwear Policy
Cleats and street shoes are not permitted in the training area (greenspace above). Please ensure you have turf or running shoes.
Respect the Space
Your space should be left better than you found it. Please throw out all trash, clean up all messes, and reorganize any space that you rented prior to leaving. Let Thomas know IMMEDIATELY if you enter a space and it is not clean and/or orderly.
Batting Cages (~$52/hour)

Our cages can be rented as needed for either hitting, pitching, or fielding needs. You are welcome to bring your own equipment or use what is provided at the facility.
Please ensure that you stand well within your cage so avoid being struck by balls close to the netting.
IF YOU NEED A PITCHING MACHINE, PLEASE CONTACT THOMAS IN ADVANCE
If available, we encourage clients to use the pitching stations for pitching and would prefer they not use the cage unless there is no other availability.

Our 2-room workout center offers a wide range of free weights, medicine balls, and weight machines to boost the strength and conditioning of softball and baseball players. The facility features various dumbbells, barbells, and weight plates, catering to different strength levels and workout routines.
HITTING, THROWING, AND PITCHING IN THE WEIGHT ROOM IS NOT PERMITTED.
Film Room

Our film room is designed to support mental training, film sessions, and team-building activities. Our facility provides a dedicated space where athletes and teams can review game footage, analyze strategies, and build stronger team dynamics. The film room is equipped with smart board technology to ensure a comprehensive and productive training experience.
HITTING, THROWING, AND PITCHING IN THE FILM ROOM IS NOT PERMITTED.

Flat Area/Big Cage
Rent out our versatile flat area and big cage space! Whether you pull out the cage for live hitting or push it back for fielding drills, this space adapts to your needs. For a full green space, you can reserve both the flat area, Cage 1, and Cage 2, creating an ideal environment for pitching practice or live hitting sessions.
Important: Safety comes first! Ensure the cage is pulled out whenever there's potential for errant balls during live hitting. Let’s keep everyone safe while you take your game to the next level!
Bullpen

Our bullpen space is designed primarily for pitching, offering the ideal setup for softball and a functional space for baseball, even if it’s on the shorter side. Mounds are provided to give you a professional feel for your reps.
This space can also be reserved for tee-work (tee-work only if hitting). Please exercise caution and ensure all hits remain within the bullpen space to avoid interference with other areas.
