WE PLAY AT THE LEVEL THAT SUITS US BEST

Competitiveness Matters

Our goal is to foster competition, not to dominate every opponent or lose every game. Though our teams are rostered and prepared to compete at specific levels, we aim to ensure that our teams compete at a level that is right for them.  Program leadership strives to adjust our team's matchups, whether by playing at a higher or lower level, to keep games meaningful and competitive, supporting both progress and growth on and off the field.

RAWLINGS' 9 CORE VALUES

FOSTERING RELATIONSHIPS

FOSTERING RELATIONSHIPS

FOSTERING RELATIONSHIPS

It takes one interaction to make a difference. A fundamental principle of being fully present in every conversation, text message, and email will help foster a culture where people can build skills and grow into the best versions  of themselves. We strive to grow relationships within our team and the organization. These are the experiences and friendships that can last forever.

COMPETITION

FOSTERING RELATIONSHIPS

FOSTERING RELATIONSHIPS

We crave the next opportunity to prove our abilities. The best lessons are learned through battle. The ability  to see an objective, understand the problem, and solving it is a skill we foster. We welcome competition. We always compete: in games, in life, at school, at work. Strive to be the best version of ourselves.

SETTING A STANDARD

FOSTERING RELATIONSHIPS

EMBRACING OPPORTUNITY

The opportunity to grow the game is a singular focus.  By forging our own path, we are creating our own bar and raising it every day.  We look to set the highest standard for club sports.

EMBRACING OPPORTUNITY

EMBRACING OPPORTUNITY

EMBRACING OPPORTUNITY

Being observant with our eyes, ears, and minds to new ideas is a challenge we embrace. We have the ability to take action on opportunities when they present themselves. We’re always seeking to learn.

LEVEL EYES

EMBRACING OPPORTUNITY

HUMBLE CONFIDENCE

Emotions are the fabric of who we are as people, but we understand there is a bigger picture. We don’t let our emotions get in the way of accomplishing our mission. We keep a steady mindset with our objective in mind: educate, train, and grow the game.

HUMBLE CONFIDENCE

EMBRACING OPPORTUNITY

HUMBLE CONFIDENCE

We stay humble in our success and confident during adversity. We maintain a strong pride in our abilities but understand we don’t have all the answers. There is an opportunity to learn from people and experiences. We always seek to be finding the right tools, methods, and ideas to make us better people. It’s a long journey; stay proud.

PLAYING IT FORWARD

WINNING THE NEXT PITCH

SWEEPING THE DUGOUT

We have a responsibility to respect and advance the game by giving back to others through teaching, mentoring,  and leading.  We look to build the community and be a steward of the game to help it grow.

SWEEPING THE DUGOUT

WINNING THE NEXT PITCH

SWEEPING THE DUGOUT

Leadership starts with action; it is the ability to take initiative.  Taking on the hard work with no reward is the essence of sweeping the dugout after a game.  It’s being selfless and taking pride in your game, space, and teammates.

WINNING THE NEXT PITCH

WINNING THE NEXT PITCH

WINNING THE NEXT PITCH

We draw from our past experiences to strengthen the next one.  Regardless of the result, there are lessons to be learned.  We take these new lessons to the next opportunity.   We look forward to the next challenge.

Why Play for the Tigers at FCP?

We Compete

Hosting 13U-16U teams, we have teams competing at both A and B levels.  We predominantly compete in USSSA and PGF tournaments and utilize their points systems to fight for opportunities to play in Regional and National Qualifiers.  Our goal is to showcase our talents and solidify our standard of having competitive programs.  We try to avoid freelancing through tournaments, but rather push to give the players something to fight for.

Maximizing your Dollar

We're all about making sure parents get the most bang for their buck. We carefully manage team funds to prioritize things like top-notch equipment, great coaching, and convenient facilities. By teaming up with local partners and organizing fundraisers, we keep registration fees affordable while still offering a fantastic experience for our young athletes. We're committed to being transparent and efficient so that everyone feels like they're getting a great deal and their kids are getting a top-notch sports experience

Culture of Excellence

We emphasize 100% commitment to team events while focusing on maximizing our athletic potential, emphasizing positive body language, responsibility in timeliness, and proper uniform adherence. We value dedication to the team and encourage a supportive environment where growth, both physically and mentally, is nurtured through practice and positive interactions. Join us in striving for excellence on the field and fostering strong team bonds through our commitment to improvement and responsible participation.

Community of Respect

Our organization fosters a community of respect by emphasizing the importance of mutual respect among all members. We believe that parents should respect coaches in the same way they expect respect from their own employers, recognizing the effort and dedication coaches invest in developing their children’s skills. Additionally, we stress the need for respect towards officials, acknowledging their role in ensuring fair play, and towards opposing teams, appreciating their sportsmanship and competitive spirit. This culture of respect creates a positive and supportive environment for everyone involved.

College Preparation

Our organization strategically utilizes team funds to create comprehensive recruitment profiles through Rawlings, ensuring our players gain maximum exposure to college scouts and recruiters. We focus on developing the essential skillsets required for successful recruitment, including athletic performance, teamwork, and leadership. Furthermore, we emphasize the importance of academics and conduct, teaching players that excellence in the classroom and respectful behavior are critical components of their overall profile. By balancing athletic training with academic and personal development, we prepare our players to be well-rounded candidates for college programs.

We Like to Play

Our organization is dedicated to providing ample opportunities for our players to compete, striving to maximize the number of games and tournaments we participate in. We carefully plan and schedule to ensure that our athletes gain extensive on-field experience, which is crucial for their development. However, we also recognize the importance of balance, ensuring that the intensity of play remains within reason to prevent burnout and injuries. This approach ensures that our players enjoy a rich and rewarding experience, enhancing their skills and fostering their love for the game.

Experienced Coaches

Our organization boasts an exceptional coaching staff comprised of former Division I athletes, seasoned high school coaches, and individuals with years of extensive experience. This diverse and highly qualified team brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our program, offering our players top-tier training and guidance. Their backgrounds in high-level competition and coaching ensure that our athletes receive the best possible instruction, helping them to develop their skills, strategic understanding, and overall love for the sport.
